Available spaces
On the ground floor, Alto is home to several retailers, restaurants and services. On the first floor, a vast atrium bathed in natural light provides access to offices spread over 14 floors. On the 10th floor, the building divides into two towers with two large terraces with gardens accessible to all occupants of the building.
Office space
The upper levels are delivered semi-finished (raised access floor, raised access ceiling, sanitary facilities) and equipped with a heating, cooling and ventilation system distributed over the surface area.
The large floor plates, with areas of over 2,700 m² and 1,800 m² respectively, are delivered in a semi-finished state to allow for greater layout flexibility and to meet your specific needs.
