Alto Pont-Rouge is delighted to announce the arrival of FlowBank in January 2024. This digital bank, launched in 2020, will occupy nearly 1,900 m2 on the 9th floor of the building. Caroline Puder-Lévy, Chief Marketing Officer, explains the choice of this exclusive, innovative, and sustainable building to accommodate its 130 employees.

1. Can you introduce FlowBank's activities in a few words?

The name FlowBank originates from the concept of "Flow". "Flow" refers to the maximum level of concentration a person can achieve when fully absorbed in an activity, such as sports or work. This positive energy reflects that of the investor who has the necessary focus to succeed.

At FlowBank, we aim to facilitate access to financial markets for everyone. It is with this goal in mind that we provide user-friendly applications and educational resources for all. Our mission is to serve both today's and tomorrow's investors: opening a bank account should be as easy and quick as creating an email address. Our investment portal offers access to over 50,000 financial products at the most competitive fees in Switzerland. We provide an intuitive and personalized user experience, easing the entry into the trading world that was previously closed to non-experts.

2. Your bank was launched recently, in October 2020. What developments do you foresee in the coming years for your company?

Beyond our presence in Geneva and Zurich, our geographical expansion will continue with the upcoming opening of a representative office in Dubai. Early next year, we will launch a debit card. Other development projects are underway, particularly in terms of access to certain new products. Trading in physical cryptocurrencies and structured products will certainly complement our offering in the future. Our ambition is to become a leading online bank offering a wide range of services. To achieve this, we invest heavily in our technology every year.

3. What encouraged you to move to Alto Pont-Rouge?

We are moving because we no longer have enough space to accommodate all our employees in one location. Our sustained growth has seen us go from 60 to 130 employees in 3 years. We all want to be on the same floor to work hand in hand and as a team. We particularly like this neighborhood because it is very well served by public transportation, among other reasons.

4. Having been based in Pont-Rouge for several years, you are familiar with the neighborhood. What are its advantages, and how do you see its future development?

The proximity to the train station and public transportation makes daily commuting easier and enhances the connectivity of our employees with other cities like Lausanne, for example. The presence of numerous shops also creates an atmosphere of a 'real little village' that is easily accessible and close to the city center. The modern and innovative architecture of Alto Pont-Rouge reflects the image of an organization prepared for the future, and this aligns perfectly with our company.

The welcome coffee of Alto Pont-Rouge in pictures

On July 3rd, Alto Pont-Rouge began its operations. On this occasion, Swiss Prime Site Immobilien invited the building's tenants to a friendly welcome coffee. This event allowed participants to meet their future neighbors and discover their new offices and a unique atrium in Geneva.
